- Short diagnostic and follow on work to assist a provider of patient transport services to enhance control room operations
- Support to mission analysis and action planning 2009 /10 for Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Services
- Short diagnostic and follow on work to identify initiatives to transform/develop mental health crisis services in the midlands
- Increase the usage of Ambulance Trust contracted journeys (block purchased to convey service users to and from wards and day services), significantly reduced the number of journeys abandoned / wasted, significantly reduced expenditure on taxis
- Develop and implement strategies to improve relationships and services for patients at interfaces between Community Mental Health Services and Primary Care services. Strategies included fast track referral and assessment, forward based clinics and GP education
- Work alongside managers and senior clinicians to transform a Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Service
- Development of systems with managers, senior and junior clinicians in community mental health teams (CMHT) to improve, referral, care and discharge processes.
- Work with staff to improve quality and flow through adult mental health inpatient wards
